Integrative Counsellor

I have been a qualified BACP Integrative Counsellor since 2019. My integrative training allows me to draw from a range of approaches, including Person-Centred, Gestalt, CBT, Psychodynamic, Somatic, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory and creative approaches, enabling me to tailor therapy to each individual.

My training included working with all ages, with a later specialism in children. In private practice I focus primarily on supporting adults, helping them navigate childhood experiences, triggers and limiting self-beliefs. Witnessing the meaningful shifts clients make is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

My Internal Family Systems (IFS) training has added a powerful new dimension to my practice, and I’m delighted to offer this approach to clients who feel curious about exploring it.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit for therapy (online, telephone or face-to-face in SE23). Please contact me here.

I don’t currently offer private therapy sessions for children or teenagers, but I remain very happy to work with schools.
