London-based School Counsellor

I am a BACP Integrative Child Counsellor and IFS therapist working in London schools. I support children with a wide range of difficulties to explore and express their feelings through play, creativity, music and talking.

I have worked across mainstream primary and secondary schools and currently lead a therapy service in a special school, supporting pupils with a range of communication needs, including many with Autism and AD(H)D. Whether verbal or non-verbal, I feel privileged to witness the positive shifts that can come from having a dedicated, supportive therapeutic space.

Children often respond naturally to IFS (or "parts work"), and I weave this into my practice when appropriate—sometimes explicitly through activities such as drawing their different parts, and sometimes more subtly by helping them understand their feelings, triggers and inner experiences.

Please contact me if you would like to discuss me supporting your school on an ad-hoc or regular basis.
